1-2 After Game 3

So we lost two games by two today. Game one we completely ran with Villanova (Top 16 Division I Last Year). In all honesty we should've beat them. It was rough. Then we got behind Washington College (Top 3 Division III Last Year) by 6 in game 2. We came back and ended up turning it into a game, but losing once again by 2. It was kind of disappointing but at the same time we were proving ourselves against really legit teams. And as far as being legit ourselves, let's see what lax.com thought. Check paragraph five.

This Week in the News

hey everybody! and by everybody i mean the three people that even know i have a blog.. anyway as most of you know i am preparing to fly to the east coast on wednesday, where BYU lacrosse will take on a few division 1 teams. pretty excited. i will keep you updated. studying is going well. i have to take my first Book of Mormon test before i go, they're supposedly a doozy so we'll see. for now, please enjoy this picture of my niece (who obviously loves me very much) and me!

So my life is.. interesting??

well ladies and gents, here is is: my first at least semi-serious blog! i am currently learning what college really is. here's a list:

. a whole new outlook on education
. a shot of the real world? maybe?... maybe not..
. a whole new respect for all ya'll who have done it/are doing it
. maximum 5 hours of sleep a night
. more time in the library per day than i've spent in any library in my lifetime total
. tests that don't make sense, no matter how long you studied
. insanely fast, insanely fun lacrosse
. cool new people
. i miss my family
. i miss my friends
. i miss summer and carelessness

college is freakin sweet.. i'll admit it's a little bit rough getting the hang of everything but i think i'll come along. life's changing directions a little bit on me and i think we all need that once in awhile. change means progression. and although contrary to popular belief, progression, not the hokey pokey, really is what it's all about. moving forward. so that's where i'm at. the big call comes tomorrow. nic heinz called it the lds version of the hogwarts sorting hat. hahaha. peace up, a town down.
